you know if its hitorical fiction if it happened in the past. Another way you will know if it is historical fiction is when the setting is real . The last reason is when some charetars are fake and some are real .
If you where reading a book you would know it is Historical Fiction because it could have some real facts and the book could have some made up characters and characters that really existed.It could also be historical fiction because maybe it happened since a long time!
